People have been asking about Chuck's Fest this year but we had to cancel it due to the new restaurant opening around the same time (early August we hope)! but we will be on for next year, I promise.   Thanks for the support,  Chuck

Mon. 6/1 Special Fresh Fish -- flown in fresh from Hawaii on Monday morning we have two types of fish coming in. Caught on Sunday eat it on Monday, we want to try it first before we decide on the preparation and we are not sure what time we will get it (lunch time?).  If you like fresh fish you need to get in here for this stuff!!

Tue. 6/2   Muffaletta—

Fri. 6/5  Alambra de Res— Beautiful filet mignon chunks grilled on skewers with bacon, onions and poblano chiles. Served with black bean rice and an ancho-wild mushroom sauce. I can’t wait!!! . ...$13.95

Sat. 6/6  Cajun Chicken Primavera—a spicy Cajun Alfredo sauce with roasted onions, bell peppers, broccoli, and grilled chicken breast over a bed of fettucine. Topped with fresh grated parmesan cheese and served with garlic bread. . . .$10.95

Sun. 6/7  Tacos Escuinapas – shrimp, tomato, onion and jalapeno fill these crispy taquitos served with a tangy roasted tomato sauce and crunchy pickled cabbage & onion. Comes with rice and a side salad. . .$10.95

Mon. 6/8  Cuban Sandwich— French bread with fresh shredded pork, ham, Swiss cheese, garlic- mustard mojo sauce, and pickles and then it is grilled to crisp up the bread. I brought this back from my  trip to Miami. Good stuff!  Reg. . . $5.95      Dlx. . . .$8.45

Tue. 6/9  Lemon Chicken—chicken marinated in a lemon sauce, smoked and served with linguine, steamed broccoli,lemon sauce and topped with fresh grated Parmesan cheese. . . .$8.95 

Wed. 6/10 California Fish Tacos—grilled fish (call for type) served on a corn tortilla with a honey-chipotle coleslaw. Comes with sides of Mexican rice and a super Caesar salad. Comes with a side of roasted tomato salsa . . . .$10.95

Thu. 6/11 Cajun Seafood Bouillabase—jumbo shrimp, crab meat, mussels, crawfish, scallops, fish, corn, potatoes, and other veggies in a spicy Cajun broth with saffron. Served with hot crispy bread.. . . . $12.50

Fri. 6/12  Mexican Pot Roast— slow roasted beef pot roast in a spicy chipotle-tomatillo sauce. Comes with cheesy mashed potatoes and roasted veggies.  If you haven’t tried this it is incredible!. . . $10.95

Sat. 6/13 Blackened Filet tips—  incredible chunks of filet mignon ( from Allen Bros)with Cajun seasonings and blackened.  Topped with mushroom and andouille sausage etouffee.  Served with a baked potato and our Cajun green beans. . . .$12.95

Sun. 6/14  Enchiladas Verduras— roasted veggies (portabella mushrooms, zucchini, onions, poblano chiles, and corn) rolled in a flour tortilla w/ Chihuahua cheese, then topped with a green mole sauce. served with rice and a house salad.. . . . $9.95  If every vegetarian dish was this good I’d convert!

Mon. 6/15  Puerco con Mole Verde—roasted pork loin  w/ garlic-cheese mashed potatoes, our special green mole and some of our daily sautéed veggies. . $10.50

Tue. 6/16   Chipotle Cheeseburger--homemade 1/2 pound burger with chopped chipotle peppers(smoked jalapenos), garlic and onions topped with Monterey Jack  cheese. Reg. . . $5.25   Dlx. . $7.75

Wed. 6/17  Smoked Corned Beef Dinner—people say it’s the best they have ever eaten.  We smoke this corned beef instead of boiling so the flavor stays in the meat not the water.  Sliced and served with boiled red potatoes, carrots, and our awesome braised cabbage. Comes with rye bread and your choice of reg. Mustard, Dijon, or horseradish. .  .$11.50 

Thu. 6/18 Smoked Turkey Dinner—slow smoked turkey served with our awesome andouille sausage stuffing, our garlic mashed potatoes, Cajun green beans, and our homemade sage gravy. . . . $9.50

Fri 6/19  Cajun Meatloaf—pork and beef in a spicy Cajun meatloaf topped with our homemade Cajun beef sauce. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and a side of our Cajun green beans.. . . . $9.95

Sat. 6/20 Creole Stuffed Peppers—spicy beef, pork, and rice fill these roasted green peppers.  Served  with garlic mashed potatoes, and a spicy Creole style tomato .$9.25

Sun. 6/21  Happy Fathers Day!!   ULTIMATE BBQ NIGHT-- I'm pulling out the New smoker for this event, all smoked over wood burning grills and sliced to order. Beef Brisket, pulled pork, 1/2 slab of ribs, hot link, and grilled chicken with sides of Southern style baked mac and cheese, cheddar-jalepeno hushpuppies and southern greens.  If you like BBQ ya owe it to yourself to get your belly over here today!!     $29.95  Platter for two  (bring a friend, then he'll owe ya one)   1/2 orders at dinner. . .$15.95

Tue. 6/23 Penne with Vodka Sauce and Shrimp— al dente penne pasta tossed in a tomato cream sauce made with a red pepper reduction topped with grilled shrimp served with a side salad and garlic bread.  Try this dish its really good stuff!  $11.95
 
Wed. 6/24 Enchiladas de Quatro Quesos--
flour tortillas filled with 4 cheeses with slow roasted garlic and green onions, then we top that with a creamy mole. Comes with sides of rice and black beans. . . $9.95

Thu. 6/25 Lamb and Wild Mushroom Quesadillas— slow smoked lamb and wild mushrooms in a spicy chile sauce with cheese, roasted peppers, roasted onions, in a crispy flour tortilla. Comes with rice and refried beans. . . . $9.95

Fri. 6/26 Chuck’s Cajun Enchiladas— two enchiladas filled with crawfish, andouille sausage, and Monterey jack cheese. Served on a bed of chuck’s spicy voodoo cream sauce. Comes with rice and a side salad.  . . . $10.95

Sat. 6/27   Seafood Paella—  A classic rice dish from Spain with shrimp,  chorizo, artichoke hearts and topped with grilled scallops .  Served with a roasted tomato sauce spiked with capers and green olives.  This dish is the origin of seafood jambalaya...good stuff!!! . . . $12.95

Sun. 6/28 Fideos al Camaron – a Mexican pasta dish of vermicelli noodles in a tomato-chipotle broth with chorizo, zucchini, queso cotija and homemade Mexican sour cream with jumbo shrimp, served with a side salad...$11.50

Mon. 6/29 Carne Asada Chimichanga—grilled steak, roasted peppers and onions, and chihuahua cheese inside a fried burrito. Served on a bed of our famous red mole with Mexican rice and black beans on the side.. . .  .$9.95

Tue. 6/30 Hungarian Goulash—almost like a beef pot roast but a little more spicy with lots of paprika, onions and green peppers.  Served over a bed of noodles with bread for dippin’ . . .$8.95  good flavor!!!
