For those unaware, Chuck has updated the breakfast menu. I went in this Sunday morning and was extremely excited about the new original choices on the menu. Please do take a look at the new updated breakfast menu, you will have a hard time finding a breakfast selection like this around Chicagoland IF AT ALL. I had a favorite breakfast place 1 hour away but Chuck just "one upped" them. I had Chuck's Machacado (SPICY!) AND the Louisiana Sweet Potato Pancakes complimented by a Cafe De Olla. I don't want to give away how good this food is, so go and try it for yourself. It's worth getting up early for, and will leave you happy for the rest of the day!

I would like Chuck to ad 1 new item to the breakfast menu. Cornmeal Pancakes.Wishbone makes real good ones,but they are expensive and too far away.Besides we like you and your laid back restaurant better.No Yuppies!!! See you Sunday morning.
