I tried your Muffaletta sandwich last week for the first time. Though I found the flavors very good, I thought it was a little dry. I am not sure if the bread is too thick or if it could use more of the oil from the olive salad. |

| Why do you always have jerk chicken wings, rather than other parts of the chicken? I'm not a big fan of wings in general but I love jerk flavors; would be great to see a 1/4 or 1/2 chicken jerk style |

Matt is right! The jerk wings are super good! Why not make it more real authentic and do thighs and legs? (In Jamaica, they focus more on the dark meat because it's more juicy that way.)
Also - I'm begging you.... please, please, please make the garlic soup more than once in awhile. I just had it at Chucks a few weeks ago, and it was awesome. I never had it before (never even heard of it) but it's great.
Looking forward to Chucksfest! |

Other day I had the opportunity to talk with Chuck (Yes, there is a Chuck) at some length and touched upon establishing some informal cooking classes to spread the discipline. So I'm herewith goosing himself with the suggested reminder. Could be interesting and great fun.

Hey there Chuck -
I'm craving the Sopa de Ajo - I check the daily specials every day hoping it'll be there. Any chance of bringing it back for a special? |

| It's been a while since I've seen lamb tortilla soup on the menu. What are the chances we could see that back on the menu (after Mardi Gras of course)? |

One complaint… The plastic-wrapped dinner rolls. Besmirchment of your perfection.
OK, one other complaint (ref. Check Please) You’re not in my neighborhood! It’s a 100 mile round trip. 103 to the new place. When are you going to open in Kankakee? A guy can dream…. |

I have to agree with Carl, the dinner rolls do not do justice to your food. Corn bread or warm fluffly dinner rolls would be nice. |

Is there a possibility that the red beans and rice soup could become a regular? I love it and make sure I get it when I see it on the menu. It seems like it doesn't last long like some of the others. |
